Land:- Ranch at Lost Creek is at the very end of a long valley; the last piece of property on the county road, before entering National Forest.
- With Eastern, Southern, and Western exposure, it has high potential for both solar and wind energy. To name a few of the land's assets, it has numerous building sites, ravines, pastures, plateaus, wetlands, agricultural fields, view points, access roads, and wildlife corridors.
Wildlife:- Moose, bear, trout, beaver, cougar, bobcat, deer, eagle, turkey, grouse,
pheasant, and quail.
Infrastructure:- A four bedroom caretaker home on the county road, a newly built three
bedroom cabin away from the county road, access roads to most points on the
property, and perimeter livestock fencing.
